Another trip to Miami down and a lot more to go! It’s back to reality for me. I just returned from a week long vacation and I am not ready to resume my responsibilities. But I guess I can live it all again through this post one last time. Miami is such a diverse city. The beaches are gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the Shelborne Hotel is where it’s at.
Located right in the art district, The Shelborne Hotel, has it going on. There is so much attention to detail, you feel like your walking through a super cool art museum that you want to live in. Everything is asethitically pleasing and luxorious. Did I mention that its beachfront…cause it is. My time here was short but I can tell ya I soaked in as much as I could! When we arrived, our first stop was the pool. We were given a private cabana which was beautiful and so relaxing. You can see what its like in the picture below. Regardless if you upgrade your stay, you will be treated like royalty. The pool staff is there to serve you. We had lunch with a gorgeous view then walked to the beach. The Shelborne reserves two luxurious beach chairs and it’s included in the price (they for real want you to be pampered). We hung out there for a bit and enjoyed every minute.
The next morning, I took a walk and found an amazing little bakery. I loved how everything you needed was within walking distance, amazing shopping, food, and sight see’s just a walk from the hotel. We have stayed in many different places in Miami and after this stay, I told my husband that no other hotel will do. If you’re visiting the area, you HAVE to check this place out. The best part about it all, the Shelborne is under a new management group, so they are offering insanely reasonable rates. If I could clone this hotel and put one in each city, I would. Wonderful staff, aesthetic, and location. Overall I give it a 10!
